SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Gracefully Made currently ships within the United States only.

PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or quality-control reprints.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
After production, standard U.S. delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days. Economy or other available services may take longer. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.

TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Carriers may take time to update tracking information.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at cdnlady16@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reprinted or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact cdnlady16@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact cdnlady16@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
